Whiting Bay is a village located on the Isle of Arran in the Firth of Clyde.. The name Whiting Bay is thought to originate from "Viking" Bay. It is approximately 3 miles south of the village of Lamlash.

From the ferry terminal in Brodick it will take 15-20 minutes to get to Whiting Bay. As you drive south through the village you will pass the Primary School on your right and then come to some shops on the left . Some 250 yards beyond these you will find a gallery and a furniture store on your right and a bus stop on the left. Turn right up a winding single track road opposite the bus stop and about 350 years later you will arrive at Norwood Lodge on your right.

The main house has a large lounge, modern kitchen and lovely dining room looking out over the sea. There are three ground floor bedrooms and two bathrooms and shower rooms on the same level. Upstairs there is a large bedroom fitted out with two sets of bunk beds and up to three single beds together with an en suite shower and bathroom.

The annexe has two upstairs bedrooms - one large and one single. There is also a double sofa bed available for extra capacity!
